Processing Time

All orders from PawSense Pets are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 7 and 17 business days, depending on your location.

Why the range? Every PawSense Pad order ships from our US warehouse, which means international and certain domestic shipments are subject to customs clearance before they can continue on to you. Customs processing times can vary depending on your country's current import volume and local procedures, which is why we give a realistic window of 7 to 17 days rather than promising a date we can't guarantee.

We know waiting is hard when you're dealing with accidents at home right now, so we process every order as quickly as possible on our end and keep you updated with tracking the whole way.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has cleared our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey, including once it reaches customs.

Delays

Occasionally, customs clearance or local courier delays can push delivery slightly beyond the 17-day window, particularly during high-volume periods like holidays or sales events. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, please contact us at pawsensepets@outlook.com and we'll look into it right away.
